Homegrown CX #2 A Success

Another GREAT Homegrown CX race in the books. We had almost 100 racers compete today not including the kids that participated in theAcademy Cycling FREE Kids Race. There were lots of smiling faces out there but the ones that topped my list (and my day) were these three after I gave them a 1/2 gallon jug of Rosa Brothers Milk Company chocolate milk.

Huge thanks to all of our amazing sponsors including Activitynut,STEVEN’S BICYCLES, Rubber Soul Bicycles, Integrity Roofing,RedBull.com Bike, Road ID, PROJECT321, Zavorek Insurance Services in Fresno, CA, Caltronics Business Systems, Academy Cycling, Rosa Brothers Milk Company and REAL CALIFORNIA MILK.

And also to the awesome team of volunteers from CCORC – Central California Off-Road Cyclists that spend countless hours prepping for the race, running the race and then tearing down the course. Without these volunteers this race series would not be possible.

Last race of the series is next weekend, Sunday, December 13 at Woodward Park. And then the next weekend be sure to check out the Fresno County CX Race at Lost Lake on Sunday, December 20. If you’re in the hunt for USAC points to get your CX upgrade, this is a race for you.https://www.facebook.com/backofnowherecalifornia/
